We have pre-booked your accommodation in Vihula Manor. Please select your room while registering for the event. You can choose from different room types (standard, superior, suite). Prices start from 118 euros/room/night.
Please note that single rooms are no longer available, and only shared twin rooms can be selected during registration.
Participation fee is 124 euros, and it covers all meals, programme, field trips and transport during the event. The fee doesn’t apply to CINEA, Elmen and Ernst & Young participants.
Participation fee and accommodation can be paid by credit card at the end of the registration process or by bank transfer through the participant’s organisation.
Invoice with project references will be sent to every participant.
Extended deadline for registration is July 15, 2026.
Participants will have an opportunity to receive an individual financial consultation from the CINEA financial officer and the financial monitor on September 10. Registration for these counselling sessions will open closer to the event.
