We have pre-booked your accommodation in Vihula Manor. Please select your room while registering for the event. You can choose from different room types (standard, superior, suite). Prices start from 120 euros/room/night.
Please note that single rooms are limited and we encourage to choose shared twin rooms.
Participation fee is 124 euros, and it covers all meals, programme, field trips and transport during the event. The fee doesn’t apply to CINEA, Elmen and Ernst & Young participants.
Participation fee and accommodation can be paid by credit card at the end of the registration process or by bank transfer through the participant’s organisation.
Invoice with project references will be sent to every participant.
Registration is open until June 30, 2026.
